KY Transition 360 for Parents Course

The KY Transition 360 for Parents program is designed to strengthen families’ knowledge of high-quality, postsecondary transition practices that support students with disabilities as they move from school to adult life. This program was developed in partnership with the Kentucky Department of Education’s Office of Special Education and Early Learning Transition Education Unit.
